No one likes a hangover, not even your grandma! Anything can most certainly  be a detriment to your health if you have too much, though a new study shown stating alcohol is 'healthy' in moderation, especially for old folks.

Many of us seek longer life and the University of California-Irvine studies show that consumption of fair amounts of alcohol and coffee supports that longevity.

In 2003 the study has found that people "who drank moderate amounts of alcohol or coffee lived longer than those who abstained," and that "people who were overweight in their 70s lived longer than normal or underweight people did."

Claudia Kawas, a key researcher for the study said, “I have no explanation for it, but I do firmly believe that modest drinking improves longevity,” and the research also found that subjects who drank two glasses of beer or wine every day decreased their chances of a premature death by 18%, and those who drank two cups of coffee a day decreased their chances by 10%.

When you're feeling tired you have the choice of having coffee to wake you up, and if that not enough be like Beau Chevassus and have more!

San Jose resident Chevassus ordered a “Quadriginoctuple Frap” for $47.30! This previous record holder’s drink consisted of $16 shots of espresso, a shot of soy milk, caramel flavoring, banana puree, strawberry puree, vanilla beans, matcha power, protein powder and some caramel and mocha.

Chevassus put in his own 52-ounce coffee mug saying, “I did it for fun, for a bit of entertainment and to see if it is at all possible. I was surprised how cool the Starbucks employees were. They seemed almost interested in trying to set the record than I was.”

The drink consisted of 48 shots of espresso, some protein powder, two bananas, a few caramel drizzle Frappuccino chips, some vanilla bean and a little soy, which was all for free because it was his birthday.
